Junior Digital Merchandiser (French Speaking)

About the role

eStoreLabs is looking for a Junior Digital Merchandiser who is fluent in French to support our eCommerce operations for major retailers such as Amazon FR and BE. You will help ensure product content is accurate, complete, and live on retailer sites while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, upload, and share content packages with eRetailers.
• Perform live checks, close gaps, and ensure content is correctly displayed.
• Participate in weekly client calls to report status and resolve issues.
• Update task trackers and presentation decks.
• Identify inconsistencies, flag them to clients, and propose solutions.
• Support asset production coordination and continuous learning of eCommerce trends.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of client‑facing experience in a digital environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (B2+/C1).
• Positive, problem‑solving attitude with high attention to detail.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana or Jira.
