Junior Digital Sales Representative

About the role

CloudLink is seeking motivated Junior Digital Sales Representatives to promote its SaaS solutions and media‑buying services to businesses. You will receive full product and sales training and work directly with prospective clients from our Casablanca office.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective business customers and identify their commercial and digital needs.
• Present CloudLink’s SaaS and media‑buying services and qualify sales opportunities.
• Answer questions, handle objections, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• At least three months of experience in sales, telesales, prospecting, call‑center or customer service.
• Fluent spoken French and English with clear communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• Interest in SaaS, digital marketing or online advertising.
• Ability to learn and apply a structured sales process.
• Willingness to work onsite at CloudLink’s Casablanca office.
• Digital‑agency, telecom or e‑commerce experience is a plus but not required.
