Junior Due Diligence & Analysis Specialist

About the role

Join Paysera’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Junior Due Diligence & Analysis Specialist. You will support the KYC function, ensuring client information is accurate, compliant and up‑to‑date in an AI‑enhanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously verify new and existing client identification documents and KYC questionnaires.
• Conduct full client information reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with clients in writing to request or clarify documentation.
• Implement and monitor international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve compliance issues.
• Utilise AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to streamline routine tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a willingness to develop expertise in KYC and compliance.
• Preferably educated in law, economics, finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools Gemini and Claude.

• Permanent CDI contract after a one‑month training period.
• Salary of 4,850 MAD net plus a 1,150 MAD net bonus after probation.
