Junior ERP Support Specialist (NetSuite)

About the role

Join Forvis Mazars Asia‑Pacific in Casablanca as a Junior ERP Support Specialist, focusing on the Oracle NetSuite cloud ERP system. You will support multiple regional offices, ensuring the ERP platform meets business needs and runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for NetSuite‑related queries from various Forvis Mazars offices.
• Gather business requirements, configure the system, and perform testing for enhancements.
• Provide timely support for enhancement requests, data migration, and routine ERP maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot user issues and maintain database stability.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, FAQs, workflow documentation, and deliver end‑user training sessions.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of accounting/financial processes combined with technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge or exposure to Oracle NetSuite (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with ERP support, ticketing systems, or user support requests.
• Scripting knowledge (advantageous but not required).
