Junior HR Associate – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

The Junior HR Associate will join the EMEA HR Solutions Center, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries in Morocco and supporting occasional requests from other EMEA countries. This fixed‑term position focuses on delivering HR services, handling employee lifecycle transactions, and contributing to HR process transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries via email, phone, and case system.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, performance goals, merit and talent reviews, and route complex cases to senior staff.
• Promote and support self‑service tools, especially Workday, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
• Participate in mapping and improving Morocco HR services and support regional transformation projects.
• Assist with training logistics, communications, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
• Report remotely to the HR Manager, follow set priorities, and maintain task focus despite local pressures.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in HR administration, preferably in a global business center or shared‑service environment.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work independently, follow management instructions, and stay task‑oriented.
