Junior Operations Associate

About the role

Pixelik is a forward‑deployed AI engineering studio looking for a resourceful early‑career professional to manage the operational side of the business. The role blends research, document preparation, CRM maintenance, project coordination and ad‑hoc problem solving. You will not be expected to master every task immediately, but you will be empowered to figure things out independently.

Key responsibilities

• Keep company documents, records and operational systems organized.
• Maintain the CRM, leads and follow‑up pipeline.
• Research prospective companies, partners and market opportunities.
• Draft emails, proposals, meeting materials and other documents.
• Track invoices, expenses, contracts and recurring obligations.
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements and startup programmes.
• Convert meeting notes into clear action items and ensure follow‑up.
• Support project delivery by managing timelines, documentation and follow‑ups.
• Research tools, vendors, regulations and answer operational questions as needed.
• Update the company website, profiles and public information.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Resourceful and comfortable figuring out tasks independently.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Good research ability and capacity to filter reliable information.
• Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools quickly.
• Able to juggle multiple types of work without losing track.
• Follow‑through mindset and reliability.
