Junior Order to Cash Associate

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Order to Cash Associate to join our IT company in Rabat. You will support the end‑to‑end OTC process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and cash collections are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Set up contracts and manage customer identification.
- Generate invoices, handle billing queries and resolve disputes.
- Collect cash, follow up on outstanding payments and update master data.
- Perform back‑office tasks and coordinate queries with internal teams.
- Document processes, provide audit evidence and ensure compliance with business controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable role.
- Fluent in French and good command of English.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with order management systems.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Experience using a customized ERP system.
