About the role
Collect and document inspection and quality check data, analyze it to take corrective actions, and identify process problem areas to communicate to management. Set up and operate machines and tools to start production, monitoring and adjusting settings as required.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines and tools for production, monitoring and adjusting machine settings per work requirements.
- Assist supervisors in aligning resources, analyze critical performance metrics, and report results to management.
- Ensure timelines are met throughout project phases, record production time and quantities, and guide/train newer team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot operational flow issues and adapt procedures, techniques, and materials to meet product specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
- Completion of high school education.
- Vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
