    Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and recruitment firm, is expanding its talent acquisition team in Casablanca. We are seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to support our growing client base across various technology sectors. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels. Craft compelling job advertisements to draw top talent.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent for our clients.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain up-to-date records.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    Location: Casablanca, Morocco.

    Employment Type: Full-time.

    Working Model: Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work).
