    Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and digital transformation consultancy based in Casablanca, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to support its growing portfolio of technology clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to final placement, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible candidates for their technology teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry events.
    • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial phone and video interviews, assess technical and soft‑skill fit, and coordinate in‑person interviews with hiring managers.
    • Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive brand experience.
    • Data Management: Update and manage candidate information in Novancy’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate records and compliance with local labor regulations.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and client HR teams to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and cultural fit.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Moroccan IT market.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS platforms.
    • Research and analytical skills to assess candidate suitability.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

    Experience

    Ideal candidates will have up to six months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector. Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field are encouraged to apply.

    Education

    A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates who have studied Business Administration or a related discipline.

    Language Proficiency

    Fluency in both French and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with candidates and clients across Morocco.

    Work Arrangement

    The role offers a hybrid model, combining onsite presence in Casablanca with remote work options to accommodate flexible schedules.
