Junior Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a technical consultant to support the implementation of SymphonyAI SCPO solutions for global retail customers. The role is customer‑facing and involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and design scalable, secure solutions aligned with SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities.
• Configure and support end‑to‑end integrations, including REST APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
• Provide hands‑on development and troubleshooting across Java, Vue.js.NET, shell scripting, PL/SQL, Oracle, UNIX/Linux, WebLogic and Glassfish.
• Support integration testing, defect resolution, performance validation, deployment, go‑live activities and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Create technical design documents, integration specifications and deployment guides, and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4‑8 years of experience in enterprise application development, technical consulting or software implementation.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German, able to work in a customer‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Java, Angular.NET, Vue.js, shell/bash scripting.
• PL/SQL, Oracle databases, UNIX/Linux.
• Middleware platforms: WebLogic, Glassfish.
• J2EE, JSP, REST APIs, integration patterns.
• Python, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Kafka, cloud‑native platforms (preferred).
