Novancy Consulting, a leading staffing and talent recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is expanding its Casablanca office. We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to support our growing client base across technology, consulting, and financial services sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks; crafting compelling job advertisements; conducting initial phone or video interviews; and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent, collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role requires strong research and communication skills, a basic understanding of technology-related fields, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS tools.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; 0 to 6 months of recruitment experience (internships included); fluency in French and English (both written and spoken); strong research and communication skills; basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Preference will be given to candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
