    About the Role

    As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and the key driver of our talent acquisition strategy in the technology sector. Your primary mission is to identify, attract, and evaluate qualified professionals for a variety of technical roles across our client portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to build a high‑quality pipeline of candidates.
    • Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings that resonate with target talent and reflect our clients’ brand values.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring a smooth hand‑off to senior recruiters.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to refine role requirements and deliver the best candidates.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Basic understanding of technology‑related fields and recruitment processes.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
