Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and recruitment specialist headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, is expanding its talent acquisition team. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Tech Recruiter to support our clients across the technology sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating qualified candidates for a range of technical positions, from software developers to infrastructure engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Craft compelling job advertisements and maintain an active pipeline of talent.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Document evaluations and update the applicant tracking system accurately.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and pipeline status.
• Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
