Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the evolving needs of our clients.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and competency evaluations. Utilize structured screening techniques to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural fit criteria.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication to enhance candidate experience and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Research & Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide insights to hiring managers and senior recruiters to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology domains relevant to the roles being filled, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics. This knowledge enables more effective candidate evaluation and positioning.
• Tools & Systems: Proficient use of MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and data management. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment metrics.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is essential for engaging with a diverse candidate pool and collaborating with international clients.
Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A background in technology or engineering is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, and communication abilities. Proficiency in research, MS Office Suite, and ATS usage. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
