Novancy Consulting, a leading provider of IT staffing and digital transformation services, is currently recruiting for the position of Junior Technical Recruiter in Casablanca, Morocco. This role is designed for individuals who are at the beginning of their recruitment career, with a requirement of 0 to 6 months of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers across our client portfolio.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, and demonstrate strong communication skills in both French and English. Fluency in both languages is essential, as the role involves interacting with a diverse set of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives. Additionally, proficiency in the MS Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be highly valued.
