Junior VBA / Process & Project Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior VBA / Process & Project Support Engineer to assist project teams in coordinating external resources, managing processes, and delivering reporting solutions. The role blends Excel/VBA automation, Power BI visualisation, and process improvement while working closely with managers, internal teams, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer external service provider access, licences, and tool permissions.
• Coordinate and monitor monthly activities of external resources.
• Prepare and maintain project tracking files and interactive dashboards.
• Document, formalise, and communicate internal processes.
• Support deployment of new tools and processes such as ALM.
• Develop and maintain Excel macros/VBA tools to automate recurring tasks.
• Produce reports and data visualisations using Power BI.
• Explore AI tools to enhance productivity and automate processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in French and working level English.
