Junior Video Editor / Post-Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an eager junior creative video editor or post‑production specialist to transform raw audio and video footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with our brand. The role is based in Casablanca and involves close collaboration with creative, production, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw audio, video, and graphic elements into finished products.
• Clean and enhance audio using noise reduction, leveling, EQ, and mastering.
• Perform color correction, grading, and visual enhancement.
• Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions as needed.
• Sync audio and video, manage multi‑camera sequences, and ensure continuity.
• Adapt content for various formats such as social media clips, long‑form videos, and promotional assets.
• Maintain organized digital asset structures and project files.
• Stay updated on post‑production trends, styles, and tools.

Required profile

• Strong experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io).
• Solid audio‑editing skills (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar).
• Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Based in Casablanca with availability for on‑site collaboration.
