Kafka & GCP Cloud & Python Developer – 4+ Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced developer to join a strategic project focused on real-time data streaming and cloud-native solutions. The candidate must have proven expertise with Apache Kafka and the Google Cloud Platform, and be able to deliver robust Python and ReactJS applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain data pipelines using Kafka and GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer/Airflow, and BigQuery.
• Develop backend services in Python and front-end components with ReactJS.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, and write advanced SQL queries for data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira for task management and Git for version control.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated, concrete experience with Apache Kafka.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer/Airflow and BigQuery.
• Proficient in Python and ReactJS development.
