About the role
The Key Account Manager is a full‑time hybrid position based in Casablanca‑Settat, Morocco. You will be responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts, developing account plans, and delivering high‑quality service and product solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market and client data, and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales operations, marketing, and logistics to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management and handling strategic clients.
- Strong business planning, analytical, and customer‑service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- Fluency in English and French; Arabic knowledge is an asset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting software.
