Key Account Manager / Unit Sales Manager Moderne Trade

About the role
Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives within the Moderne Trade channel to achieve sales targets, market share, and in‑store fundamentals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to develop conceptual selling skills and career paths.
- Organise staffing and resources to meet organisational excellence goals.
- Implement customer business plans to achieve sales, share and in‑store fundamentals targets.
- Negotiate and manage trading terms including payment, logistics, pricing and funds.
- Conduct frequent field visits to identify opportunities and achieve objectives.
- Communicate market intelligence on customer or competitor actions.
- Manage trade funds efficiently within guidelines.
- Oversee receivables collection within agreed payment terms.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Business (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4‑6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in Moderne Trade.
- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
