Launch Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Launch Quality Engineer to ensure that new products meet the highest quality standards from concept through ramp‑up. The role will be based in the oriental region and will act as the quality champion in cross‑functional launch projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality readiness for new product launches and represent quality in project meetings.
• Validate product and process conformity during pre‑series and ramp‑up phases.
• Monitor quality KPIs, manage customer requirements and ensure compliance.
• Lead problem‑solving activities using 8D, 5 Whys and Ishikawa methods.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics and other teams to implement control plans and inspection standards.
• Support internal, customer and certification audits.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering.
• Experience in automotive quality is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, rigor and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
