About the role
As a Laundry Manager at Hilton, you will ensure a continuous supply of clean linens while delivering the warmth and hospitality that define the brand. You will lead the laundry team to provide memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of linen processing: collection, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivery.
- Maintain laundry equipment and work areas in clean, safe, and operational condition.
- Monitor inventory levels of linens and laundry supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest laundry requests.
