About the role
Join the Hotels team to lead daily laundry and uniform operations, ensuring guests receive clean linens and staff have proper uniforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and supervise laundry and uniform team members.
- Manage uniform ordering, distribution and inventory.
- Oversee linen processing tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding and storing.
- Monitor linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and produce reports.
- Assign machinery, equipment and work areas while tracking productivity metrics.
