Laundry Supervisor – Taghazout Bay Resort

About the role

The Laundry Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of the resort’s laundry department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, inventory control, and safety. This role involves supervising staff, managing supplies, and guaranteeing that all linen and uniform requests are fulfilled promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and monthly inventory of uniforms, linens, and laundry supplies.
• Report faulty equipment, maintenance needs, and safety hazards to management.
• Train and coach employees on laundry procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Operate and monitor washing, dry‑cleaning, and drying machinery while inspecting linens for damage.
• Assist management with hiring, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating laundry staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related laundry experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb and work in confined or elevated spaces.
