L&D Manager

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team as an L&D Manager and lead training initiatives that enhance guest experiences across our properties in Morocco. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that align with corporate goals and hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs covering harassment‑free workplace, diversity, orientation, leadership, and service excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews with department managers and trainers, develop action plans, and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing training initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions for specific department needs.
• Track, maintain, and audit individual training records using designated systems.
• Manage department‑specific programs such as alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skill checklists, and educational assistance.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
