Novancy Consulting, a leading Moroccan consulting firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, invites applications for the position of Lead Business Analyst – Insurance Platform Rollouts (BMP). This permanent role is based in Casablanca and Rabat, offering the opportunity to work closely with a top-tier insurance client to design, plan, and execute the deployment of BMP solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for BMP implementation projects.
• Collect, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Design process models using BPMN to capture current and future states.
• Utilize Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio) to manage backlogs, sprints, and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders from Sales, Claims, and Product teams.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Expertise

• 8‑10 years of overall experience in business analysis, with at least 6 years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of insurance domains, including Sales, Claims, and Product lines.
• Hands‑on experience with BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as IIBA CBAP and ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC are highly desirable.
