Lead IT Architect

About the role

BCG Platinion is seeking a Lead IT Architect to join its Casablanca team. In this senior position you will partner closely with clients to understand complex business challenges, define IT strategies, and design architecture solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into robust architectural designs.
• Lead the development of end‑to‑end technical solutions for large, highly complex modules.
• Secure buy‑in from both client and internal BCG teams for proposed architectures.
• Work alongside BCG consultants and technical experts to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of value.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the evolution of BCG Platinion’s architectural practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale IT architectures.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous, high‑impact problems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of influencing senior client leadership and driving consensus.
