Lead, Movement Development and Quality Standards

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Lead for Movement Development and Quality Standards to join its global Strategy, Planning and Movement Development team. The role will shape innovative operating models, build organisational capacity and foster a strong quality culture across the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage innovative operating models for global entities.
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate adoption of fit‑for‑purpose models.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen a unified global quality standard.
• Manage complex, cross‑regional projects and monitor their impact.
• Support the Quality Framework and Mutual Accountability Framework across members.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and rolling out solutions based on user feedback, data and evolving organisational needs.
• Strong understanding of capacity‑building and consistent practice implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives in an international NGO setting.
• Insight into adapting country‑level operating models.
