Lead, Movement Development and Quality Standards

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a dynamic Lead for Movement Development and Quality Standards to join its global Strategy, Planning and Movement Development team. This senior position will shape innovative operating models, build organisational capacity and foster a strong quality culture across the worldwide Save the Children network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of global operating models.
• Facilitate adoption of fit‑for‑purpose models by country offices and other entities.
• Manage the Quality Framework within SCI and the Mutual Accountability Framework across members.
• Conduct horizon scanning, strategic analysis and support leadership on high‑priority issues.
• Drive effective governance and operating model alignment across the movement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and rolling out solutions based on user feedback, data and evolving organisational needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in an international NGO context.
• Strong understanding of capacity‑building and consistent practice implementation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
