Lead, Movement Development & Quality Standards

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a senior professional to lead the development and management of innovative operating models and quality standards across its global network. The Lead, Movement Development & Quality Standards will shape organisational capacity, drive adoption of fit‑for‑purpose models, and foster a strong quality culture throughout the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor global operating models and quality frameworks.
• Facilitate capacity‑building initiatives for country offices and partner entities.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on model adoption and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Support horizon scanning, strategic analysis and governance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and rolling out solutions based on user feedback, data and evolving organisational needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in an international NGO context.
• Strong understanding of capacity‑building and consistent practice implementation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
