Lead Sales – ITP & AS (Morocco)

About the role

Lead the sales function for Baxter’s ITP and AS portfolio in Morocco, driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening existing customer relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, achieve financial and customer targets, and ensure commercial excellence across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales operating plans aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver revenue growth and achieve sales, financial and customer targets.
• Lead account planning and sales‑force effectiveness initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Promote Baxter products, therapies and services to key decision makers.
• Manage distributor and vendor performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, overseeing workload and resource allocation.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and adverse‑event reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4–7 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• 2–5 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Excellent French communication skills and good English communication skills.
