Legal Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and business‑oriented Legal Advisor to support the legal and compliance needs of our tourism destination operations in Morocco. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure that all activities comply with Moroccan corporate, labor, and tourism regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on company operations and business activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnership documents.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan laws, tourism regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Support the acquisition of permits, licenses, and governmental approvals.
• Handle labor‑law matters and prepare employee legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and government entities.
• Monitor legal risks and deliver preventive recommendations.
• Assist management in dispute resolution and legal procedures.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and compliance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, labor, or tourism‑related legal matters.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (mandatory); English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is preferred.
