Line Inspector

About the role

As a Line Inspector at TE, you will work on the shop floor to ensure that molded components are produced to the highest quality standards. You will operate molding equipment, visually inspect parts, and carry out repetitive tasks that keep the production line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform molding machine operations to produce components.
• Visually inspect molded parts and conduct periodic quality tests.
• Weigh components, package them, and prepare appropriate shipping boxes.
• Verify component specifications against required standards.
• Share critical feedback with engineers and supervisors to drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives aimed at increasing plant productivity, material savings, and cost reduction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment in compliance with health and safety policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or production role.
• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement.
