Line Maintenance Lead (Responsable Maintenance)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Line Maintenance Lead, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement in a high‑speed snack manufacturing environment. You will own the planning, development, and execution of preventive and progressive maintenance strategies while building the capabilities of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
• Lead daily management system (DMS) meetings at shift and line level.
• Own technology, process settings, and centerline management for equipment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor progressive maintenance (PM) systems and key performance indicators.
• Manage the Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget for the line.
• Coach technicians to perform autonomous maintenance (AM) and breakdown maintenance (BD) independently.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams on system improvements and special maintenance tasks.
• Drive change management, spare‑part localization, and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading maintenance activities on a production line.
• Ability to coach and develop technical staff.
• Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
