About the role
Livremoi.ma, an online bookstore based in Casablanca, is looking for a reliable Delivery and Order Preparation Associate. You will be responsible for preparing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery across Casablanca and its surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Verify, pack and label customer orders accurately.
- Deliver orders within the agreed time windows, covering Casablanca and nearby neighborhoods.
- Check parcel conformity before dispatch (product, quantity, recipient).
- Collect cash‑on‑delivery payments when required and hand them over securely.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.
- Report any incidents such as returns, damaged parcels, or incorrect addresses.
- Assist with warehouse organization and stock arrangement.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good knowledge of Casablanca and its districts.
- Punctual, rigorous and well‑organized.
- Polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in delivery or order preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
