Intégré(e) à une équipe collaborative et orientée apprentissage, il/elle assure le support LMS, participe à la création et la mise à jour de contenus eLearning et accompagne le déploiement des formations. Le rôle a un impact direct sur l’expérience apprenant et la qualité des dispositifs de formation. L’équipe valorise l’entraide, la curiosité et l’innovation, dans un environnement propice au développement des compétences en digital learning et instructional design. Key responsibilities _Assurer le support et l’administration quotidienne du LMS global (gestion des utilisateurs, inscriptions, reporting et organisation des contenus)_Accompagner les utilisateurs en résolvant les incidents, en escaladant les problèmes techniques et en assurant leur suivi_Contribuer à la création, mise à jour, traduction et déploiement des contenus et parcours eLearning_Collaborer avec les experts métiers et les équipes transverses pour structurer les contenus et soutenir les déploiements de formation_Suivre les performances des formations et participer à l’amélioration continue des dispositifs, tout en assurant une veille sur les outils et tendances du digital learning (dont l’IA) Essential requirements _Intérêt pour le digital learning, l’eLearning ou les technologies de formation_Connaissances de base des plateformes LMS et/ou des outils eLearning (un plus)_Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de communication_Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, respecter les délais et travailler de manière structurée_Forte motivation pour apprendre et évoluer dans un environnement de formation digitale_Bon niveau d’anglais (écrit et oral) pour échanger avec des utilisateurs et équipes internationaux Desired skills _Strong interest in digital learning technologies, LMS platforms, and eLearning content creation, with curiosity to explore new tools (including AI-based solutions)_Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support global users_Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards in day-to-day execution_Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-evolving environment, demonstrating curiosity, aspiration, and a proactive mindset aligned with trust and collaboration ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
