Loader Operator

About the role

Copart is seeking a Loader Operator to move and load vehicles using a company‑provided front‑end loader or forklift. The role involves accurate documentation of vehicle movement, routine equipment inspections, and supporting a safe, efficient yard environment for auction operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate front‑end loader or forklift to load and unload vehicles safely.
• Maintain daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and complete required documentation for the equipment.
• Record vehicle information accurately using digital cameras or tracking devices.
• Set up the yard for auctions within established timelines.
• Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Provide courteous service to customers and adhere to yard safety guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment.
• One year of loader or forklift experience; certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive attitude, high integrity, and basic bilingual ability (optional).
