Logistics and Export Coordinator

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Logistics and Export Coordinator and help drive efficient transportation operations across the supply chain. You will collaborate with internal teams and third‑party logistics providers to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and compliant movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute transport operations, including load and route planning.
• Manage track‑and‑trace, proof of delivery, and claims processes.
• Oversee invoice verification, freight billing, and pallet management.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers to guarantee on‑time, in‑full deliveries.
• Monitor transportation KPIs, report performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Support tender processes and third‑party performance reviews.
• Supervise end‑to‑end export activities, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and international sales contracts.
• Validate export orders for shelf life, batch traceability, and temperature requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply‑chain continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities to identify process deviations and opportunities.
• Conceptual thinking with the capacity to view the broader logistics picture.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiative and a solid understanding of business principles.

Required skills

• Knowledge of third‑party logistics operations.
• Understanding of Incoterms and international sales contracts.
• Familiarity with transport planning, load planning, and route optimization.
• Experience handling claims, invoice management, and compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk).
