Logistics and Export Coordinator

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s global logistics team to drive efficient transportation and export operations. You will ensure that goods move safely, on time, and in compliance with all regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute transport operations, including load and route planning, track‑and‑trace, and proof‑of‑delivery management.
• Manage claims, invoice processing, and freight billing while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and risk‑management policies.
• Coordinate third‑party logistics providers to guarantee punctual, in‑full deliveries and monitor their performance.
• Support tender processes, capacity management, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Analyze transportation KPIs, produce reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise end‑to‑end export processes, validate orders against Incoterms, shelf‑life, batch traceability, and temperature requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply‑chain continuous‑improvement functions.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Conceptual thinker capable of seeing the broader logistics picture and devising innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of third‑party logistics operations, cost drivers, and loss factors.
