Logistics Coordinator / Site Manager

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator / Site Manager will oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring health‑and‑safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries. You will act as the main point of contact for internal teams, 3PL partners, and external authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety rules in line with local regulations and group directives.
• Maintain ERP‑WMS inventory consistency, allocate stock to appropriate sub‑inventories, and resolve discrepancies.
• Plan and optimise load plans, van runs, and inbound/outbound capacities with 3PLs.
• Guarantee delivery schedules, cost control, and compliance with Original Commitment Rate (OCR).
• Lead weekly operations meetings with stakeholders, monitor stock levels, and produce accurate internal control reports.
• Manage customs and other regulatory interactions, ensuring all processes meet internal audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methodology, cost optimisation, and performance metrics (log cost/ton, inventory quality, etc.).
• Oversee order processing, invoicing, proof of delivery, and alignment of customer and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards for real‑time visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of health‑and‑safety regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
