About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Distribution Support professional to help maintain smooth material flow across work centres. The role focuses on timely handling of excess material, accurate shipment documentation and quick issue escalation to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes. The position reports to the Logistics Supervisor and works primarily on‑site in a warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Return excess material to the appropriate locations within agreed timeframes.
• Move material between work centres to create an efficient flow.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and invoices using the company’s logistics system.
• Raise alerts and communicate promptly when any disruption in material flow is detected.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in logistics, material handling or a related field.
• High school diploma; an Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and follow established procedures.
