Logistics Engineer

About the role

Hexcel is seeking a Logistics Engineer to join its Casablanca site. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse activities comply with EHS standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, allocate resources based on forecasts, and coordinate with transport providers.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, stock control, counting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects by optimizing processes and supporting new tools.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation and logistics planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA development.
• Power BI for dashboard creation, KPI monitoring and data modeling.
