Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to lead our logistics function at our Salé location. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flow across the entire supply chain while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on efficiency, cost optimisation and service level improvement.
• Plan, organise and control all logistics activities, including material planning, warehousing, inventory management and shipping.
• Coordinate with production, suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth supply of materials.
• Monitor and optimise material flow and inventory levels to ensure availability, reduce waste and improve working capital.
• Manage logistics KPIs (inventory, delivery performance, logistics costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and digitalisation.
• Prepare and present performance analyses and reports to top management.
• Oversee logistics budgets, cost control and compliance with quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and legal requirements.
• Act as key interface to customers, suppliers and internal functions, ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s optional) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop high‑performance teams.
