Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing both the HR and logistics functions at our Salé site, ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies and corporate standards while guaranteeing efficient material flow across the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on efficiency, cost optimisation and service level improvement.
• Lead, develop and motivate the logistics team to achieve high‑performance results.
• Plan, organise and control all logistics activities including material planning, warehousing, inventory management and shipping.
• Coordinate with production, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply of materials.
• Monitor and optimise material flow and inventory levels to reduce waste and improve working capital.
• Manage logistics KPIs (inventory, delivery performance, logistics costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, process optimisation and digitalisation.
• Prepare and present analyses, reports and performance updates to top management.
• Oversee logistics budgets, cost control and compliance with quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), legal requirements and health, safety and environmental standards.
• Act as key interface to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across all levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics/supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing logistics teams and cross‑functional projects.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and digitalisation of logistics processes.
• Strong ability to manage logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
