Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for our Salé site. The role combines responsibility for the entire logistics function with oversight of HR compliance, ensuring smooth material flow across the supply chain while meeting legal and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the logistics department, planning and controlling inbound, internal and outbound material movements.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies focused on efficiency, cost optimisation and service level improvement.
• Coordinate material planning, warehousing, inventory management and shipping to guarantee uninterrupted production supply.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and digitalisation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), legal requirements and internal procedures.
• Act as primary interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, escalating critical disruptions when necessary.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree optional.
• Minimum 10 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high‑performance teams.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, health‑safety and environmental regulations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the IATF 16949 quality standard.
• Experience applying Lean methodologies and process optimisation.
