Logistics Planning & Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Planning & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kénitra, Morocco. In this position you will manage customer orders, coordinate logistics activities and provide multilingual support to our clients and subsidiaries. You will work closely with operations, shipping and external logistics providers to ensure smooth export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, track and update customer and subsidiary orders in the ERP system.
• Verify commercial conditions such as pricing, discounts and payment terms.
• Handle contract administration and signature processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on administrative and commercial queries.
• Coordinate with Operations, Shipping and logistics partners on timelines, quantities and transport arrangements.
• Prepare pro‑forma invoices, issue final invoices and manage advance payments, collections and payment claims.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Support the commercial department with customer claim handling and general administrative tasks.
• Provide customer service in Arabic, French, English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
