Logistics Specialist

About the role

MTA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join its team in the Atlantic Free Zone, Kenitra. The role focuses on managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery within the automotive supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders, delivery schedules, and releases through the ERP system.
• Monitor customer demand, forecasts, and requirements to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track and update order status based on customer schedules and production planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee accurate order preparation and on‑time dispatch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery status, and logistics‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• BAC+3/4 in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of proven experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or sales administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer orientation, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP or equivalent.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and general MS Office suite.
