Logistics & Supply Chain Manager – Apparel Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations for our lingerie and textile manufacturing business. The role ensures efficient inbound and outbound flows, strict compliance with customs regulations, and seamless coordination across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics of raw materials (fabrics, yarns, trims, packaging) from local and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Oversee outbound customs clearance and dispatch of finished garments under various Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP), meeting customer lead times and packaging specifications.
• Ensure full compliance with Morocco Customs ATPA program, BADR and Portnet systems, and international standards such as GOTS, OEKO‑TEX®, and Sedex.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse space, and implement FIFO rotation while supporting audits.
• Lead and develop logistics coordinators, warehouse supervisors, and dispatch teams, establishing KPIs and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Orli) to provide real‑time visibility of shipments and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven logistics experience within the textile, garment, lingerie or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams and external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal departments and overseas partners.
