About the role
The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort. This position oversees patrols, emergency response, and access control while supporting a safe environment for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all property areas, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
- Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage laws.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related loss‑prevention or security experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Required skills
- CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
- Key‑control audit procedures.
- Use of computers and point‑of‑sale systems for reporting.
